I have been employed as publishing editor at Aarhus University Press, “creative idea developer & innovation- and inventions consultant” at the Danish Technological Institute, PhD scholar at the Department of Science Studies, Universities of Aarhus and Chicago, post.doc and administrative head of university science pedagogy and science communication unit at the Natural Sciences Faculty, University of Aarhus, physics teacher in Viborg and self-employed free-lance communication consultant and copy writer.

Educational background

Trained as a theoretical physicist from the Niels Bohr Institute, University of Copenhagen, my bachelor’s degree was an experimental and theoretical investigation of the sonoluminescence phenonemon. Four years after my MSc degree in theoretical physics & history of science from Aarhus University, I completed a PhD in natural sciences (science studies, really) in 2004, including a research visit at the Astronomy and Astrophysics Dept., University of Chicago and the Morris Fishbein Center. In 2008, I earned a higher national diploma in journalism from the Danish School of Media and Journalism.
